Our nonprofit organization is dedicated to fostering a world based on the principles of inclusion, transparency, authenticity, commitment, integrity, diversity, creativity, curiosity, compassion, empathy, and acceptance. We firmly believe in creating an environment where everyone feels valued, respected, and included. By embracing transparency, we strive to ensure you aware of our operations, decision-making processes, and impact. We are committed to authenticity, ensuring that our actions align with our core values and beliefs, and that we promote genuine connections and relationships. Our integrity serves as the foundation of everything we do, as we aim to demonstrate honesty, fairness, and ethical conduct at all times. Transparency
We believe that our success depends on the trust that we build with our community. Therefore, we pledge to be transparent in our actions, decision-making processes, and information sharing. We have achieved 501(C)(3) status in 2020, as of September 2020, the company has not accepted any donations and is working to gain team members in the same state to establish a banking system prior to moving forward with other operations and procedures. A banking system has not been established due to not having two bard members in the same state. We are a small team of five individuals in different states trying to start a non-profit ourselves. All meetings have been held via telehealth due to an inability to all meet in the same geographical location. To demonstrate our commitment to transparency, we will:

4. Address mistakes and learn from them: Should any mistakes or errors occur, we will acknowledge them openly, take responsibility, and work diligently to rectify the situation, learning from the experience to prevent repetition.
Authenticity
In addition to transparency, we understand that authenticity is equally important. We believe in being genuine, sincere, and true to who we are as an organization.
To exhibit authenticity, we will:
1. Be true to our mission and values: We will stay committed to our purpose and genuinely embody our organizational values in all that we do.
2. Encourage open dialogue: We will create an inclusive and safe space for our donors, members, and community to express their thoughts, ideas, and concerns, allowing for authentic conversations and feedback.
3. Embrace diversity and inclusion: We will celebrate and embrace differences in people, perspectives, and backgrounds, valuing authenticity across our diverse workforce and customer base.

Diversity
We actively strive to create an inclusive culture where diverse perspectives are valued, and all individuals are treated with fairness, dignity, and respect. We recognize that diversity enriches our organization, enhancing our ability to innovate, adapt, and succeed in an ever-changing world. While all of our board members are veterans as of now, our board is very diverse with members located in Massachusetts, Iowa, Florida, Texas, and West Virginia.
