Transparency

We believe that our success depends on the trust that we build with our community. Therefore, we pledge to be transparent in our actions, decision-making processes, and information sharing. We have achieved 501(C)(3) status in 2020, as of September 2020, the company has not accepted any donations and is working to gain team members in the same state to establish a banking system prior to moving forward with other operations and procedures. A banking system has not been established due to not having two bard members in the same state. We are a small team of five individuals in different states trying to start a non-profit ourselves. All meetings have been held via telehealth due to an inability to all meet in the same geographical location. Diversity

We actively strive to create an inclusive culture where diverse perspectives are valued, and all individuals are treated with fairness, dignity, and respect. We recognize that diversity enriches our organization, enhancing our ability to innovate, adapt, and succeed in an ever-changing world. While all of our board members are veterans as of now, our board is very diverse with members located in Massachusetts, Iowa, Florida, Texas, and West Virginia.
